Help us to create a fairer system
Interviews test a person's confidence as opposed to their competence. They're ineffective at predicting a persons on-the-job performance. They also leave room for discrimination against marginalised and non-marginalised groups. We need to get rid of them.
Even the smallest contribution will help us to spread the word about what we're doing. The goal is to get more companies on board so we can put an end to interviews. Help us fix this broken system.
